WOW total blog makeover! Looks good. You have ADORABLE boys. Yeah, the police officer told me that ALL tracks are property of Union Pacific...so it's all private property. Pretty much you have to sneak if you want to use them OR use a place that doesn't have a lot of traffic or houses by it (which isn't what I did..there were houses and tons of people driving by :)
